PMA Terms
Please read this agreement carefully. When you place your order, you are entering a private membership relationship with Liquid Gold Juice Vault PMA.
1. Nature of the Association
The private, faith-based structure of Liquid Gold Juice Vault PMA.
Liquid Gold Juice Vault PMA ("the Association") is a private, faith-based, common-law association operating outside the jurisdiction of federal and state authority. Members share a mutual commitment to health, wellness, natural rights, and traditional food practices, including the private consumption of raw, unpasteurized juices and food products.
2. Constitutional Protections
The legal foundation of your membership.
The Association operates under and is protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, as well as the equivalent freedoms protected under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, guaranteeing the rights of assembly, association, privacy, religion, and freedom of conscience.
By joining this Association, members exercise these fundamental rights and voluntarily withdraw from the public commercial marketplace with respect to the goods, services, and communications shared within the Association.
3. Membership
Who may join and how membership operates.
Membership is open to individuals of legal age who voluntarily consent to be bound by this Membership Agreement.
Members recognize that no employer-employee, buyer-seller, or public commercial relationship exists between them and the Association.
Members understand that Association materials, products, and information are for private use only and are not intended for sale, resale, or redistribution outside the Association.
4. Purpose and Activities
What the Association exists to do.
The Association exists to promote and preserve the traditional, natural, and self-directed pursuit of well-being. Its activities include, but are not limited to:
- Producing, sharing, and consuming raw, cold-pressed, and unprocessed juices among members
- Providing education, materials, and support related to natural nutrition, holistic wellness, and lifestyle choices
- Preserving and promoting private, faith-based practices consistent with the values of the Association
These products and services are exchanged among members privately and are not offered for public sale.
5. Assumption of Risk
Acknowledgement of personal responsibility for wellness choices.
Members acknowledge and accept that raw and unpasteurized food products carry inherent risks and are not evaluated or approved by any public regulatory authority.
Each member accepts full responsibility for their own health, nutrition, and lifestyle choices and agrees to consult with qualified professionals of their own choosing regarding any medical or dietary questions.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
How the Association protects its members and their information.
Members agree to keep the affairs, records, and communications of the Association private. No information, materials, or products of the Association shall be shared with third parties, including regulatory or governmental bodies, without unanimous written consent of the Association's governing council.
7. Non-Public Activity
The private nature of all Association transactions.
All activities, products, and communications between the Association and its members are private and are not intended for public commerce or advertisement. Any interactions occurring within the framework of the Association are considered private, protected exchanges among consenting members.
8. Complaints and Grievances
How disputes are resolved within the Association.
Any disputes, questions, or grievances arising within the Association shall be handled internally by a designated committee of members. Members waive the right to seek outside legal remedies against the Association, its founders, or fellow members, except in cases of intentional misconduct.
9. Termination of Membership
How membership begins and ends.
Membership may be terminated voluntarily by the member at any time, with written notice to the Association.
The Association reserves the right to revoke membership at its sole discretion for behavior deemed contrary to the values, principles, or well-being of the Association or its members.
10. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
Confirmation of understanding and consent.
By accepting this agreement, the member confirms that they:
- Understand the private, non-public nature of the Association
- Are entering this membership freely and voluntarily
- Acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above
